The Bachelor of Arts in General Studies provides students with the flexibility to design a degree that aligns with their academic interests, professional goals, and personal aspirations. Working closely with a faculty mentor, students develop an individualized program of study that combines coursework from multiple disciplines, creating a broad and purposeful liberal arts education.

Drawing from the arts, humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences, students develop critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills while preparing for careers that value adaptability, interdisciplinary knowledge, and lifelong learning. The program also provides a strong foundation for career advancement and graduate or professional study.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of a degree in General Studies, students will:
