Albertus Magnus College is situated on a 50-acre, tree-lined campus in the historic Prospect Hill neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut. The campus offers a traditional residential college environment while remaining conveniently close to downtown New Haven and within easy travel distance of New York City and Boston by rail and bus.
The College's distinctive campus combines historic nineteenth-century mansions with modern academic, residential, athletic, and student-life facilities. This blend of historic character and contemporary resources provides an engaging environment for learning, living, and community engagement.
Campus facilities support every aspect of the student experience and include:
- Academic buildings, classrooms, laboratories, and collaborative learning spaces.
- The Rosary Hall Library and Learning Commons, which brings together library services, academic support, career development, instructional technology, and mission-centered programming.
- Residence halls, including traditional first-year housing and mansion-style residences for upper-class students.
- The Hubert Campus Center, which serves as the hub of student life and houses dining facilities, student gathering spaces, campus activities, student support services and the Carol G. Ditkoff ’67 Immersive Learning Collaboratory (Dreamscape Learn), a technology-enhanced immersive learning space that supports experiential, interactive coursework and applied learning across the curriculum.
- Athletic and recreational facilities, including the Cosgrove, Marcus, Messer Athletic Center and outdoor venues for intercollegiate athletics, recreation, and wellness.
- The St. Catherine of Siena Chapel, contemplative garden spaces, and other locations that support the College's Catholic and Dominican tradition.
Together, these facilities support the College's mission by providing spaces for academic achievement, student engagement, personal growth, and community life.
