Albertus Magnus College considers residential living an important component of the educational experience. Living on campus provides students with opportunities to develop independence, build community, engage in campus life, and participate in learning beyond the classroom. The College offers a variety of housing options designed to meet the needs of students at different stages of their academic careers. Resident students have access to dining services located in the Hubert Campus Center and are supported by professional and student staff who foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging living environment.
Dominican Hall
Dominican Hall is the College's traditional residence hall and primarily houses first-year and transfer students. The hall accommodates approximately 150 students in single, double, triple, and quad rooms on coeducational floors. Dominican Hall is designed to support students as they transition to college life and become part of the Albertus community.
McAuliffe Hall
McAuliffe Hall is a historic mansion-style residence hall that houses approximately 48 returning students. The hall offers single, double, triple, and quad occupancy rooms and is located adjacent to Celentano Field.
Nilan Hall
Nilan Hall is a historic mansion-style residence hall that houses approximately 30 upper-class students. The hall offers single, double, triple, and quad occupancy rooms and includes a community lounge and dedicated study space. Residents also have access to a spacious outdoor area.
Sansbury Hall
Sansbury Hall houses approximately 20 upper-class women and is the College's single-gender residence hall. The hall offers single, double, triple, and quad occupancy rooms and features outdoor gathering space for residents.
Siena Hall
Siena Hall is a mansion-style residence hall that accommodates approximately 30 upper-class students in single, double, and triple occupancy rooms on coeducational floors. The hall includes multiple common areas and study spaces and is located adjacent to the Meister Eckhart Contemplative Garden.
The Apartments at 490 Prospect Street
The Apartments at 490 Prospect Street consist of Doane Hall and Great Commission Hall. These apartment-style residences offer two-person and four-person apartments that include furnished living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. Located approximately two blocks from the main campus in the Prospect Hill neighborhood, the apartments are accessible by shuttle service, walking, or personal transportation.
