Graduate students are evaluated for academic standing following modules 1 and 2, following modules 3 and 4 and following module 5. Students who begin enrollment in module 2, 4, or 5 are evaluated at the conclusion of their first module of enrollment.

A student who fails to maintain good academic standing will be academically dismissed from the program.

The Program Director will review the academic performance of students who do not meet the standards for good academic standing and will provide written notification of academic dismissal, including instructions for submitting an appeal.

Appeals must be submitted in writing to the Program Director within seven (7) business days of the date of the dismissal notification.

If an appeal is approved, the student will be reinstated on Academic Review and must comply with all conditions established through the Academic Review process.

If the appeal is denied, or if an appeal is not submitted within the required timeframe, the academic dismissal becomes final.

Students seeking reinstatement of financial aid eligibility must follow the separate Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeal process. Approval of an academic dismissal appeal does not automatically reinstate financial aid eligibility.
