The Program Director will review the academic performance of any student who fails to maintain good academic standing. Students who do not meet the standards for good academic standing will be academically dismissed from the program.

Students who are academically dismissed will be notified in writing and will have the opportunity to appeal the dismissal in accordance with established procedures. The appeal will be submitted in writing to the Program Director.

If an appeal is granted, the student will be reinstated and will be placed on Academic Review. A remediation plan will be developed by the Program Director.

A student who does not appeal or whose appeal is not granted will be dismissed from the program.

If a student begins enrollment in module 2, 4, or 5 and falls below a 3.0 cumulative grade point average at the conclusion of that term, the student will be academically dismissed from the program. The student will retain the right to appeal the dismissal in accordance with institutional policy.
